Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated farm workers and laborers to join our agricultural operations at a citrus orchard in Goa, India. The role involves hands-on participation in various manual tasks essential for cultivating and managing citrus crops.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Harvest citrus fruits accurately and efficiently.
- Pick fruits carefully to maintain quality.
- Plant new citrus saplings on the field site.
- Pack harvested produce appropriately for transportation or sale.
- Prune citrus plants to encourage healthy growth.
- Perform suckering to remove unwanted shoots.
- Apply fertilizers to enhance crop yield.
- Conduct counting of fruits or plants as needed.
- Load and unload citrus produce safely and promptly.
Additional Information
This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in field conditions. Candidates should be prepared to engage in repetitive manual tasks as part of daily operations.
