About the Role and Facility

The Medical Clinic, located in the emerging community of Brookswood, offers a brand-new, attractive clinic environment seeking committed family physicians to enhance its outpatient services. This role involves both on-site and virtual patient consultations, affording flexibility within a progressive healthcare system. Physicians are expected to deliver comprehensive medical care, diagnose and manage diverse health issues, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 10 healthcare providers along with a skilled Medical Office Assistant (MOA) team to maximize patient outcomes.

Working Conditions and Schedule

The clinic operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no requirements for walk-in hours, evening shifts, weekend duties, or on-call responsibilities, promoting a balanced lifestyle. Facilities include eight examination rooms, two of which are larger to accommodate procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The remuneration package is competitive, reflecting experience and credentials, with an estimated annual earning range of $300,000 to $400,000 CAD, subject to an approximate 20% physician overhead. Billing is conducted via LFP with the clinic utilizing the Juno electronic medical records (EMR) system.
