Job description
Role Overview
The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily packing operations to ensure that all packaging procedures, including sealing and labeling, meet company standards. This role requires managing the packing team efficiently while maintaining hygiene and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily packing activities within the factory
- Lead, guide, and manage the packing personnel effectively
- Ensure accurate packing, proper sealing, and labeling of products
- Maintain hygiene and uphold quality standards throughout the packing process
- Liaise with Production and Quality teams to synchronize processes
- Keep detailed daily records related to packing and work towards minimizing waste
Working Hours
The position requires working from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily.
