Role Summary
The company is seeking a motivated and accountable Factory Operations Trainee interested in gaining hands-on experience and developing skills within a manufacturing setting. The trainee will work collaboratively with factory and inventory teams, assisting with daily operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Inventory Manager and factory team to maintain precise inventory documentation.
- Support stock data management including entries, transfers, and basic reconciliation tasks.
- Participate in batch and product coding operations ensuring data accuracy.
- Update records in the ERP or inventory systems systematically.
- Help maintain comprehensive production, inventory, and operational reports.
- Communicate efficiently with factory team members to relay accurate information promptly.
- Contribute to general factory operations and progressively assume additional duties following training.
- Adhere strictly to established processes to ensure disciplined and precise execution of tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma holder; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new procedures.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exposure to ERP, inventory management software, or other business systems is advantageous.
- Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new software tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Reliable, organized, and collaborative team player.
- Positive outlook with a proactive approach toward responsibilities.

Compensation
