Role Summary

The company is seeking a motivated and accountable Factory Operations Trainee interested in gaining hands-on experience and developing skills within a manufacturing setting. The trainee will work collaboratively with factory and inventory teams, assisting with daily operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Inventory Manager and factory team to maintain precise inventory documentation.
  • Support stock data management including entries, transfers, and basic reconciliation tasks.
  • Participate in batch and product coding operations ensuring data accuracy.
  • Update records in the ERP or inventory systems systematically.
  • Help maintain comprehensive production, inventory, and operational reports.
  • Communicate efficiently with factory team members to relay accurate information promptly.
  • Contribute to general factory operations and progressively assume additional duties following training.
  • Adhere strictly to established processes to ensure disciplined and precise execution of tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate or diploma holder; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new procedures.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exposure to ERP, inventory management software, or other business systems is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of learning new software tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Reliable, organized, and collaborative team player.
  • Positive outlook with a proactive approach toward responsibilities.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend ranging from 16,000 to 18,000 INR.
