Factory Manager

Role Overview

As the Factory Manager at Sovereign Oxygen based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, you will be responsible for the effective management of daily factory operations, ensuring that production targets are met punctually while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

Key Duties

• Oversee and direct day-to-day factory and production activities.
• Develop production plans and ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Supervise workforce including attendance, discipline, and productivity management.
• Monitor product quality, minimize wastage, and optimize the use of raw materials.
• Supervise machinery operations, maintenance schedules, and address any breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of production outputs and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness for smooth factory functioning.
• Liaise effectively with management, stores, purchasing, and dispatch departments.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
• Proven expertise in managing workers and overseeing production processes.
• Strong understanding of machinery and manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent leadership capabilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, disciplined, and accountable approach to managing operations independently.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 35000 INR. The role is based onsite in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
