Job Overview
We are seeking a Factory Helper to assist in a garment manufacturing unit focusing primarily on packing-related tasks. The role includes preparing garments for packing by layering and organizing materials, as well as supporting daily helper duties within the factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform garment packing activities including layering and preparing items for packing.
- Assist in various daily helper tasks within the factory as needed.
- Operate a scooter to procure materials or goods from the market when required and to handle small errands for the factory.
Additional Information & Terms
- Salary range is ₹10,000 to ₹11,000 per month.
- Overtime opportunities available; overtime compensation is paid in addition to the base salary.
- Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate responsibility, a hardworking nature, and consistent attendance.
