Facility Trainer

Job Overview and Primary Duties

The Facility Trainer is responsible for conducting routine visits to designated client locations to oversee and ensure the effective execution of security operations. This role involves supervising security personnel's performance, attendance, behavior, and deployment across assigned sites. The trainer collaborates closely with Security Guards, Supervisors, and site management to address and resolve any operational challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to confirm compliance with company policies and client standards by security staff.
• Manage manpower-related challenges such as shortages or replacements to maintain adequate site coverage.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly field reports to be submitted to management.
• Investigate and document any security incidents, complaints, or operational issues encountered during assignments.
• Ensure security personnel adhere to grooming standards, uniform policies, discipline, and professional conduct.
• Organize and deliver training sessions, briefings, and guidance to security teams as necessary.
• Maintain strong client relationships, responding promptly to any concerns or feedback.
• Coordinate efforts with Operations Manager and management to ensure seamless delivery of security services.
• Ensure all assigned client sites uphold high standards of security, discipline, and service excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in security operations and field management is preferable.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Capability to manage multiple locations and operational duties simultaneously.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within the designated operational area.
