Facility Service Staff / Janitor (m/f/d)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Facility Service Staff member / Janitor who enjoys maintaining order and is attentive to details while willingly supporting various on-site tasks. If you are hands-on and reliable, join our team to help keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for outdoor facilities meticulously
• Perform gardening duties such as lawn care, weed removal, and cleaning courtyards
• Manage general janitorial duties across the premises
• Execute minor repairs and carry out assorted handyman tasks
• Assemble and install office furniture and equipment
• Help ensure cleanliness and organizational standards on the company grounds
• Assist in winter maintenance tasks
• Support operations at the waste disposal site
• Comply with all workplace safety and hygiene protocols

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed vocational training in a skilled trade or gardening
• Prior experience as janitor, gardener, or similar roles is advantageous
• Proven manual dexterity combined with reliability and conscientiousness
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license
• Qualified or willing to obtain forklift operator certification
• Enjoyment of practical work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong team player with flexibility and commitment
