Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee infrastructure support operations at a premium luxury retail brand based in Hyderabad, India. This role requires managing housekeeping, technical maintenance, and packing activities to ensure an impeccable store environment reflecting luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all infrastructure support functions including housekeeping, technical maintenance (MST), and packing operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready store environment at all times in line with the brand's luxury retail experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managing facility services within luxury retail, hospitality, or other premium environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, maintenance standards, and housekeeping quality benchmarks.
- Ability to uphold high standards aligning with a luxury brand's expectations.
