Position Details
- Location: Hawaii Island, Kailua-Kona, HI
- Work Schedule: Varies depending on assigned site
- Starting Hourly Pay: $16.00
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of pre-screening checks required
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles advantageous
- Willingness to undergo training is essential
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
- Capability to work independently with effective time management
- Strong attention to detail and initiative in upholding cleanliness standards
- Proficiency in the safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment
- Good English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long durations, and perform duties in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds; able to bend, kneel, stretch, crawl, climb, and press as needed
