Facility Housekeeper

Job Duties

• Perform sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping tasks throughout storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
• Manage trash collection and disposal effectively.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Attend to additional tasks as assigned to support facility upkeep.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position involves moderate exposure to risks including working near machinery, fumes, and chemicals, requiring the use of appropriate protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. Physical demands include prolonged standing, outdoor movement, reaching varying heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
