Job Overview
The Facilities Manager / Electrical Technician plays a critical role in ensuring consistent plant operations by managing installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
Primary Duties
- Install, examine, and upkeep electrical panels, motors, wiring, and related machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime effectively.
- Quickly diagnose and fix electrical issues affecting plant machinery.
- Keep maintenance logs, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain service records accurately.
- Comply with all electrical safety norms and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with external vendors for significant repairs and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities when necessary.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving plant energy efficiency.
