About the Role
Join a globally recognized convenience retail brand with over 86,000 locations as a Facilities Enhancement Technician. This position plays a key part in maintaining the comfort and appeal of our stores, focusing on equipment upkeep and facility maintenance tasks such as surface restoration and safety compliance painting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-pressure surface restoration tasks to maintain store facilities.
- Perform parking lot striping and painting related to ADA safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the overall aesthetic and operational standards of the facility are consistently upheld.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Demonstrated skills include leadership qualities, technical support capabilities, handling stretch or project assignments, and ownership of facility locations.
