Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-pressure surface restoration tasks to maintain store facilities.
• Perform parking lot striping and painting related to ADA safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the overall aesthetic and operational standards of the facility are consistently upheld.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
• Demonstrated skills include leadership qualities, technical support capabilities, handling stretch or project assignments, and ownership of facility locations.
