Responsibilities

• Carry out high-pressure surface restoration tasks to maintain facility hygiene and appearance.
• Perform parking lot striping, including ADA compliance painting, ensuring safety and accessibility standards.
• Uphold overall facility standards by maintaining a neat, visually appealing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including peer support, managing technical projects, and taking ownership of assigned facility locations.
