Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and daily maintenance readiness of an approximately 85,000-square-foot corporate office facility, creating a pleasant and productive environment for colleagues, customers, and visitors.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal staff, external clients, and visitors.
• Perform regular inspections of assigned areas throughout the day to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness in common spaces, restrooms, and entrances consistently.
• Keep kitchen, coffee points, and restroom stock replenished throughout the day.
• Take initiative to identify and address cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues within assigned zones.
• Report facility maintenance, safety, or cleaning concerns promptly following established processes.
• Communicate inventory needs for supplies proactively to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Assist with mail and package distribution across the facility.
• Support office moves and furniture setups as required.
• Distribute supplies within the facility efficiently.
• Provide assistance during seasonal projects and special event preparations.
• Occasionally travel to other Gray facilities in the Lexington area to support cleaning, stocking, and operational activities.
• Effectively prioritize daily tasks and execute them with minimal oversight.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Work Conditions

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in cleaning and stocking roles.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of email and spreadsheets, is preferred.
• Valid government-issued driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-driven, team-oriented individual with enthusiasm for collaboration and professional development.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently push carts weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch regularly.
• Work environment primarily an office setting with moderate noise and controlled climate but also exposure to wet/humid conditions, mechanical parts, and outdoor weather.
• Position typically works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional mandatory overtime.
