Job Overview

This position is a full-time, on-location role in Dubai focused on facade installation tasks. Responsibilities encompass preparing and aligning facade components, fixing cladding, glazing, aluminum sections, and related materials. The role demands interpreting construction drawings, collaborating with site engineers and supervisors, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. Routine inspections will monitor completed facade systems to identify defects or deviations, followed by corrective actions. The installer will also coordinate with other trades, assist in material handling/storage, and contribute to improving installation processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on experience in facade works, cladding, glazing, or exterior building envelope systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings, details, and facade installation guides.
• Strong knowledge of site safety regulations, proper PPE use, and compliance with company health and safety standards.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools typical to facade installation.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate measuring, alignment, and installation quality of facade elements.
• Good communication and teamwork aptitudes to work with onsite engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Physical capability to work at heights safely on scaffolds, platforms, and elevated structures.
• Experience on high-rise or extensive projects in Dubai or the GCC is advantageous.
• Vocational certification or technical education in construction, civil engineering, or architecture preferred.
• Openness to following company guidelines, attending training, and adapting to shifting project demands and schedules.
