Role Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire lifecycle of commercial property claims, from initial notification to resolution.
  • Perform site visits and evaluate losses on commercial properties.
  • Analyze insurance policies to confirm coverage and liability factors.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, insurers, and service providers.
  • Prepare concise, detailed reports that comply with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct negotiations and finalize claims within defined authority limits.

Candidate Profile

  • Professional background in commercial claims handling or loss adjusting.
  • Solid grasp of general insurance operations and industry practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including report writing.
  • Organized, analytical thinker capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
