Role Responsibilities
- Handle the entire lifecycle of commercial property claims, from initial notification to resolution.
- Perform site visits and evaluate losses on commercial properties.
- Analyze insurance policies to confirm coverage and liability factors.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, insurers, and service providers.
- Prepare concise, detailed reports that comply with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize claims within defined authority limits.
Candidate Profile
- Professional background in commercial claims handling or loss adjusting.
- Solid grasp of general insurance operations and industry practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including report writing.
- Organized, analytical thinker capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
