Prior qualification as a Loss Adjuster is not mandatory; full training and support are provided to successful candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and damage evaluations related to strata properties
- Identify the cause and severity of the property damage
- Arrange and coordinate tradespeople and technical experts as necessary
- Liaise effectively with property owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors
- Prepare detailed and professional reports along with claim documentation
- Manage claims to achieve timely and satisfactory outcomes for clients
