Key Responsibilities

• Attracting, selecting, and mentoring excellent team members, fostering their development in operational and leadership capabilities to exceed role expectations.
• Guiding your team to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all store products, strengthening the store’s brand, and delivering the appropriate product range, quality, and customer service to ensure returning customers.
• Driving sales growth and profitability through effective leadership of trade activities using your expertise and market knowledge.
• Overseeing planned activities and ensuring staff resources are allocated optimally to meet customer needs, proactively addressing underlying operational issues with sustainable solutions supported by ongoing reviews.
• Prioritizing colleague safety, maintaining legal trading standards, and coaching the team to utilize all available security measures to ensure a safe workplace.
