Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team capable of exceeding performance expectations through operational excellence and leadership growth.
• Coach team members to passionately understand product knowledge and uphold the store brand by delivering optimal range, quality, and service to customers to encourage loyalty.
• Lead sales initiatives and leverage expertise to enhance trade activities, driving revenue growth and profit maximization.
• Oversee resource planning to ensure workforce hours align with customer needs, diagnose root causes of operational challenges, and implement sustainable solutions with ongoing evaluation.
• Ensure workplace safety remains paramount, enforcing legal trading standards and encouraging the use of security tools to provide a secure working environment.

• Market aware with a proactive approach to introducing new initiatives for store improvement.
• Previous experience managing a retail store and leading a small team is essential.
