Export Logistics Administrator

At Lion, we’re not only brewing exceptional beverages but also crafting moments that unite people. We're the creators behind some of New Zealand’s most iconic drinks. We are currently seeking an Export Logistics Executive to join our enthusiastic and collaborative team.

This position involves managing export orders comprehensively for a global customer portfolio. You'll work closely with various teams including freight, warehousing, production, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with international clients, overseeing their export orders from initiation to delivery.
• Accurately receiving and processing customer orders with meticulous attention.
• Collaborate extensively with freight forwarders, warehouse staff, production, and logistics teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Act proactively by following up, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring orders arrive punctually.
• Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and reporting to support compliance and operational efficiency.

Opportunity Details

This is a 12-month secondment role based at The Pride.

• Some experience with the export logistics process is desirable.
