Expert Estimator - Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Structural/Architectural

Exyte is recruiting multiple estimator positions to strengthen our expanding team specializing in electrical, mechanical, and Civil Structural/Architectural (CSA) sectors, supporting projects throughout Europe. Our Data Centers (DTC) division delivers full-spectrum data center services from design through construction, focusing on operational efficiency and reliability. We have an impressive track record executing various project types globally, including advanced intelligence data centers, hyperscale facilities, colocation, and cloud-computing centers, utilizing both traditional and modular construction methods.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in compiling cost estimates for projects.
• Examine project documentation and collaborate with team members to ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope.
• Support the estimating team by contributing to database creation and benchmarking efforts; liaise with corporate teams to acquire pertinent estimating data.
• Engage actively in project and team meetings.
• Evaluate bids submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Determine pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Coordinate proposal development and construction timetables alongside the Planning and Scheduling department.
• Contribute to writing execution strategies and technical clarifications.
• Assist proposal coordinators in assembling all necessary bid submission documentation.
• Provide support to project teams during preparation phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possesses between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related industry such as construction, mechanical, electrical, or CSA disciplines.
• Holds a degree or higher qualification in a relevant subject area.
• Demonstrates previous estimating experience, preferably in the Data Center sector.
