Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk concentrating on finance roles.
• Establish and nurture relationships with finance professionals and key business leaders.
• Provide consultative recruitment guidance to clients and candidates alike.
• Develop and implement effective plans for business development.
• Handle the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Acquire market insight and position yourself as a specialist in finance recruitment.
• Expand existing client partnerships while prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Participate in team initiatives and share best practices across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment.
• While finance recruitment experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
• Strong abilities in business development and relationship management.
• Adopt a consultative and advisory stance with clients and candidates.
• Commercially driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
