About the Role
Join the Little Creatures team at our Geelong brewery, a proud tradition in brewing craftsmanship and quality ales. We are seeking two experienced Packaging Operators with backgrounds in Manufacturing or FMCG to be part of our dedicated team.
This is a permanent full-time position based onsite in South Geelong, Victoria. The role involves working four 10-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-speed FMCG packaging lines efficiently.
- Meet production targets with a primary focus on quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure continuous line operation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shift goals.
- Promote and uphold stringent safety standards and safe work practices within the brewery.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, food and beverage, or similar production fields.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong eagerness and capacity to learn and enhance technical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and respect for established processes and standards.
