Candidate Profile
- Proven experience trading options markets is mandatory, with a preference for those who have traded commodities.
- Demonstrable record of strong trading performance.
- An assertive yet responsible approach towards risk management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- A deep passion for trading, coupled with an eagerness for continual self-improvement.
- Prior coding experience is advantageous but not required.
