We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Positional Trader to join our team, focusing on trading options across Asian markets. This role is collaborative and supported by top-tier systems and tools.

This individual thrives on problem-solving and exhibits a genuine passion for trading alongside a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Familiarity and interest in market dynamics with the confidence to trade a directional view are essential. Responsibilities and Requirements

• Extensive experience trading Equity/Index Options
• Proven record of robust trading results
• Deep understanding of market mechanics and their influence on trading opportunities
• Exhibits a responsible and well-managed risk appetite
• Excellent communication skills and composure under pressure
• Strong passion for trading and a drive for ongoing enhancement of skills

Desirable qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with asset classes beyond Equities
• Insight into significant market flows and the underlying motivations of market behavior
• Background in mentoring or training junior traders
