Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscaper to join our team immediately. The successful individual will collaborate closely with the site team and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities and laborers to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Actively participate in on-site work with a hands-on approach to ensure project delivery.
• Coordinate logistics such as deliveries and purchase orders with the office team promptly.
• Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion with limited support from senior management.
• Ensure all site activities are conducted safely and effectively by self and team, complying with company policies.
• Conduct all necessary risk assessments and adhere strictly to safety requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports regarding timelines, costs, and work status to the Director and General Manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Communicate transparently with senior leadership as soon as any issues arise.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable industry experience in landscaping.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, with quality outcomes and within allocated budgets.
• Experience with large-scale commercial landscaping projects and ability to lead site teams.
• Possession of a Landscape Trade qualification or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage laborers and schedule site work effectively.
• Must be a proactive, hands-on worker.
• Valid NSW Driver's License.
• Current WorkCover white card.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
