Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine smooth and customer-focused digital interactions across various platforms aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, net promoter scores, digital adoption, and business results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including fellow Experience Designers and Researchers, to craft user-friendly journeys and interfaces.
• Lead and assist in user research efforts, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to make informed design decisions and improve customer experiences continuously.
• Adhere to and sustain design system guidelines, ensuring superior design quality throughout the entire process from ideation, user acceptance testing, business readiness testing, to production deployment.
• Promote a cooperative team environment by exchanging insights, welcoming feedback, and participating in ongoing enhancement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in digital media, digital product design, UX/UI design, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in digital UX/UI or product design, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, concept generation, and prototyping, particularly skilled in using Figma to produce intuitive and user-centric digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• A genuine passion for design and active engagement with the design community.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and responsibility.
• A portfolio is an essential component of the application; submissions without a portfolio link will not be considered.
