As an Experience Curator at FrontiersHQ based in Lagos, your core responsibility is to design and craft exceptional events and activities that foster a strong sense of belonging among members. These experiences range from intimate dinners and social gatherings to adventurous trips spanning across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and organize a variety of Frontiers experiences that actively engage members and generate enthusiasm to participate.
• Develop a comprehensive schedule consisting of trips, dinners, social events, and unique experiences tailored to members' interests.
• Conduct thorough research into destinations, venues, activities, and opportunities throughout Africa to continually expand offerings.
• Innovate and implement distinctive elements to ensure that each experience is memorable and stands out.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with venues, hospitality brands, experience providers, and local collaborators.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder to influence and refine Frontiers' overall experience strategy.
• Collect and analyze attendee feedback to enhance and optimize future member experiences.
