Responsibilities

• Ensure food orders are prepared promptly and comply with Nando's high standards.
• Manage the correct delivery of orders to guests, including take-out packaging.
• Serve as the final point of contact for customers receiving to-go orders, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with team members to consistently exceed guest expectations and deliver outstanding Nando's experiences.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and function effectively within a team.
• Capability to stay composed and efficient under pressure.
• Dedication to delivering quality service along with fundamental food and beverage knowledge.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic proficiency in English and professional communication.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly and independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs while carrying food and dishes for extended periods.
• Expected to stand or walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination, including reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting overhead, and stair climbing.
