About the Role
Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a skilled Executive Sourcing Manager to lead the identification and engagement of senior leaders across the Asia Pacific region. This role is part of the global Leadership Recruitment team, partnering with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders to develop robust talent pipelines for strategic executive roles at the Partner level. The focus areas include Technology, Professional Services, Management Consulting, AI & Data, and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive executive talent mapping and gather market intelligence throughout APAC
- Create innovative sourcing strategies tailored to attract senior leadership candidates
- Build and oversee diverse pipelines of executive candidates for essential leadership positions
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape talent acquisition approaches
- Serve as a representative of Accenture’s brand by proactively sourcing passive candidates and ensuring an excellent applicant experience
- Train recruiters on advanced research techniques, search methodologies, and sourcing tools
- Communicate market trends and research outcomes to senior leaders across varied APAC markets
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of five years' experience in executive search, leadership recruitment, or senior talent acquisition roles
- Proficient in sourcing and research, preferably within technology, consulting, or professional services sectors
- Proven track record engaging and influencing senior executives including VPs, Partners, and C-suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong curiosity, business insight, and dedication to discovering top-level talent
- Experience in cross-border executive recruitment within APAC regions such as ANZ, Southeast Asia, Japan, and China is highly advantageous
