About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Search Recruiter with over a decade of experience to work closely with our VP of Talent Acquisition. This role involves driving senior and specialist hiring initiatives across various business functions within DAMAC Properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market mapping to identify talent pools accurately.
• Source and secure candidates that are typically hard to find through conventional channels.
• Initiate candidate engagement effectively from scratch, developing interest proactively.
• Lead high-volume outbound recruitment campaigns via telephone, email, and professional networking platforms.
• Manage relationships with senior-level candidates throughout the recruitment cycle until successful placement.
• Maintain a well-organized and systematic approach to managing the recruitment desk.
• Keep track of every search project, follow-up action, and talent pipeline meticulously.
• Leverage artificial intelligence effectively to enhance research, sourcing, and outreach activities.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process with attention to detail and consistency.

Additional Information

This position is distinct from typical job board or advertisement response roles. Reliance on external recruitment agencies is not expected, as independence and a commercial mindset are critical. Candidates should be persistent, credible in engaging with senior professionals, and able to close challenging search mandates. The core objective is to expertly understand the talent market, identify top candidates, generate interest, manage the recruitment process diligently, and successfully close roles in a repeatable manner.
