Job Overview
As an Executive at Lupin, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects ensuring they are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget. Your key role will involve facilitating coordination among various teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the planning, implementation, and finalization phases of projects.
- Act as a liaison to maintain effective communication between inter-departmental teams, on-site project staff, consultants, and suppliers.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules; actively monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Track and manage procurement timelines, especially for long lead items necessary for materials acquisition.
- Conduct comprehensive techno-commercial evaluations of various project components to support decision-making.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development.
- Utilize solid practical experience with Electrical and Instrumentation projects, as well as Pharmaceutical Process Equipment, Utilities, and Water Systems management.
