Role Overview

Joining a lean and dynamic team, you will serve as the vital backbone that ensures smooth coordination between quarry operations, commercial affairs, and international partnerships across India, Italy, and Thailand. You will become the key organizer, overseeing systems and processes to guarantee no details slip through amid varied communications and travel schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CRM system and sales pipeline to keep every contact, communication, and follow-up accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate directly with the company's accountant to monitor invoices, track outstanding payments, and maintain transparent cash flow visibility.
• Manage logistics including travel arrangements, shipping paperwork, and coordinating with buyers and freight service providers.
• Convert discussions into actionable tasks and ensure timely completion of all assigned follow-ups.
• Support content management by assisting with scheduling for Instagram posts and outreach initiatives.
• Provide general problem-solving support as the business rapidly evolves to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidate Profile

• Highly organized, able to bring structure to complex and fast-moving operations.
• Proficient with numbers and spreadsheets, capable of self-directed follow-ups without supervision.
• Located in or open to relocating to Ajmer.
• Strong written English skills to communicate proficiently via email and WhatsApp professionally.
• Desires ownership and responsibility rather than task-only roles, expecting to be entrusted with significant duties quickly.
• Experience in exports, logistics, or working closely with a founder is advantageous but not essential.
