Role and Responsibilities
- Carry out technology transfer processes for injectable drug formulations, including organizing and executing scale-up, exhibit, and process validation batches, efficiently managing human resources, materials, and equipment.
- Offer technical assistance to resolve issues during batch processing, analyze data comparisons, and conduct thorough root cause analysis for deviations and process challenges encountered either internally or with contract manufacturing organizations.
- Maintain adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory standards while preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation related to technology transfer and validation projects.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across different functions ensuring smooth completion of technology transfers and validation activities.
