Role Overview

This role involves managing leasing activities for properties under Mapletree Industrial Trust's portfolio, focusing on maximizing rental income and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to optimize rental rates and property occupancy within the assigned portfolio.
• Acquire new tenants by identifying target market segments, securing leases, and managing renewals with current clients.
• Collaborate and engage with property agents to support leasing efforts.
• Conduct market analyses to benchmark rental prices and occupancy costs against competitors.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with both existing tenants and potential prospects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
• At least one year of experience in marketing and leasing related to the real estate sector.
• Good knowledge of the real estate industry and a network of relevant contacts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Registration as a Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possessing qualifications equivalent to the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination is advantageous.
