Role Description

• Oversee the housekeeping department to ensure seamless operations, maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and cleanliness, aligned with both property and corporate guidelines.
• Proactively enhance guest comfort and satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Formulate and execute strategies focusing on key housekeeping metrics, maintaining accurate reports and monitoring tools to meet defined objectives and targets.
• Manage the department's team lifecycle, encouraging growth, development, and high performance while embodying the company's culture and values.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory, ensuring productivity and performance goals are achieved.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely coordination of activities.
• Implement programs to elevate service standards, profitability, and cost control, incorporating environmental considerations and collaborating with relevant parties as needed.
