Role Overview

The Purchasing Buyer plays an essential role in managing procurement activities critical to hotel operations. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services such as food and beverage supplies, linens, guest amenities, maintenance parts, and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E).
