Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, timely, and dependable transportation for the General Manager.
• Organize daily itineraries including meetings, airport pickups, and business visits.
• Plan routes effectively by assessing traffic conditions and estimated travel times.
• Keep the assigned executive vehicle in pristine condition through routine maintenance.
• Perform pre-trip inspections checking fuel, tires, oil, brakes, cleanliness, and documentation.
• Coordinate regular servicing, necessary repairs, vehicle registration, and insurance renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning company information, meetings, and conversations.
• Support the General Manager with handling luggage, documents, and other reasonable needs.
• Track and record trip details such as mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Be prepared to work flexible hours, including after hours, weekends, or public holidays as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hold a valid UAE light vehicle driving licence with a spotless driving history.
• Bring a minimum of five years' driving experience within the UAE, ideally as an executive or personal driver.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other UAE road networks.
• Exhibit a professional demeanor with respectful conduct and proficient communication skills.
• Display punctuality, dependability, patience, discretion, and strong reliability.
• Be able to communicate in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Have familiarity with GPS systems and traffic navigation applications.
