About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the position of Executive Director - Delivery - Residential, responsible for leading the execution of residential development projects within the larger Qiddiya initiative. The role demands a focus on quality, punctuality, and satisfaction among stakeholders, thereby contributing to the creation of outstanding residential environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the delivery of all residential projects, ensuring they meet Qiddiya's vision and quality expectations
- Formulate and apply tailored delivery strategies, operational processes, and systems for residential developments
- Oversee interdisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants to optimize coordination and resource efficiency
- Closely track project progress to detect risks early and implement effective mitigation measures
- Ensure all residential projects comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards
- Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders including developers, government bodies, and community members
- Deliver comprehensive and timely progress reports to senior leadership addressing challenges and future opportunities
- Provide mentorship and develop the delivery team to foster a culture of high performance and excellence
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or closely related disciplines; Master's degree is an asset
- Essential experience with major real estate developers from the client-side perspective
- At least 20 years of experience in residential project delivery, including holding senior leadership roles in large-scale projects
- Demonstrated success in managing complex residential developments within Saudi Arabia
- Comprehensive understanding of local construction regulations and best practices specific to residential projects
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and engaging diverse stakeholders effectively
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and ability to prioritize dynamically
