About the Role

The Executive Coordinator – Qatarization position demands a highly organized and driven professional to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Qatarization programs. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, educational institutions, sponsored students, and Qatari talent, all aimed at boosting the development of the national workforce and advancing the organization's Qatarization targets. Responsibilities include managing program implementation, maintaining candidate and student databases, and ensuring a smooth experience for all Qatari employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and assist in delivering Qatarization initiatives effectively.
  • Keep updated records of Qatari candidates, graduates, interns, and sponsored students.
  • Contribute to recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding of Qatari talent.
  • Engage with universities, colleges, training centers, and third-party partners to nurture talent pipelines.
  • Manage programs such as scholarships, internships, graduate development, and succession planning.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentation materials reflecting progress and workforce statistics regarding Qatarization.
  • Arrange career fairs, recruitment drives, and engagement events focused on Qatari nationals.
  • Monitor employee development plans and support their learning and growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings including preparation of agendas, minute-taking, and ensuring follow-up on tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to Qatarization policies, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Qatarization, or Workforce Planning.
  • Preferred experience with coordinating national development or graduate programs.
  • Advantageous experience working alongside educational institutions and government bodies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and analyze data effectively.
  • Strong event and project management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Keen attention to detail along with maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
