The Executive Chef will be responsible for elevating culinary standards and innovation while managing kitchen operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and creative presentation of dishes.
• Manage budgeting and inventory control to optimize resources effectively.
• Proactively work towards guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations as a crucial member of the management team.
• Contribute to the culinary vision by showcasing creativity and attention to ingredient quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing kitchen teams.
• Excellent technical cooking skills encompassing a variety of culinary techniques.
• Creative problem-solving abilities coupled with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong commitment and passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with hotel or restaurant pre-opening phases is advantageous.
