About the Role
We invite current or former financial advisers to join PhillipCapital's Talent Acquisition team in Singapore, focusing on driving the growth of our Wealth Advisory division. This role demands innovative and talented individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to build strategic partnerships and expand our advisory network.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit new contractual Financial Advisory Consultants and Wealth Managers.
- Collaborate effectively with Team Leaders and candidates to optimise recruitment processes.
- Engage with Team Leaders regularly regarding recruitment activities.
- Develop professional networks within internal teams and business sectors.
- Generate creative strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Host and moderate recruitment webinars and seminars to engage prospects.
- Address inquiries through seminars or via social media platforms.
- Interview and facilitate onboarding of promising candidates.
- Build and maintain strong links with institutions for outreach and recruitment partnerships including career fairs and webinars.
Qualifications and Attributes
- A degree in any field is required.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Certifications such as CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI are beneficial.
- Passion, the correct mindset, and commitment to success are valued.
- Sound communication skills to engage candidates individually or in groups.
- Exposure to basic coding, AI implementation, and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is preferred.
- Strong storytelling skills, adaptability, and a dynamic personality are highly appreciated.
