About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide full support to senior leadership. The selected candidate will efficiently handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure operations run smoothly for daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and organize travel for senior executives.
- Arrange and oversee internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and record meeting minutes.
- Serve as a primary liaison between executives and various stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Create reports, correspondence, presentations, and other important business documents.
- Monitor action items, follow up on deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
- Plan and manage events, workshops, and engagements involving executives.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and keep administrative records up to date.
- Assist with project coordination and help drive process improvements.
- Support preparation of executive communications and strategic documents.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related area.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management personnel.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong time management capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of working autonomously while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Professional attitude complemented by excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership executives.
- Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving competency.
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace setting.
- Experience managing international travel arrangements and executive events is advantageous.
