Role Overview
This full-time position based in Singapore is designed not just for routine medication packing but offers a broad role in pharmacy and healthcare operations. The position serves as a foundation while providing extensive opportunities for involvement in clinical, operational, quality improvement, digital health, communications, and service development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pharmacy functions such as dispensing, packaging, inventory control, and medication management.
- Provide administrative and operational support including documentation and billing processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with patients, clinics, and healthcare partners effectively.
- Contribute to quality improvement programs and support the development of new services.
- Engage in managing social media, communications, and outreach activities.
- Participate in app development and digital health technology projects.
- Support ongoing projects and contribute to business initiatives to foster organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a relevant pharmacy technician or healthcare-related diploma or certification preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare setting is beneficial.
- Highly organized, detail-conscious, with aptitude for administrative and operational tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing work environment.
- Highly proactive, eager to learn, curious, and motivated to develop alongside the team.
