Role Overview

The EVS Worker will undertake various floor care tasks, waste disposal, and project-based duties assigned daily. All activities must be executed safely to ensure the wellbeing of patients, visitors, and staff. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service aligned with the organization's core values in every encounter, whether with internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: No formal education required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
• Language Skills: Must be able to speak and comprehend English to follow instructions and address requests from patients and staff effectively.
• Reading Ability: Capable of reading and understanding chemical labels for safe handling.
• Experience: Prior floor care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required or preferred.
• Additional Requirements: No additional prerequisites.
