Evening Supervisor

About the Role

As an Evening Supervisor at Centra Clontarf (Malahide Road, Dublin 3), you will lead and inspire your team to ensure smooth store operations and deliver outstanding customer service experiences consistently. Your leadership will be key in fostering an efficient and energetic environment aligned with Centra's brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an approachable role model, promoting teamwork and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Coordinate with day management and supervisors to communicate and implement store layout changes accurately.
• Maintain high standards in product rotation, merchandising, and shelving presentations.
• Assist in employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development to strengthen the team.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently in line with store policies.
• Embrace and promote new initiatives and ways of working within the store.
• Implement store planograms correctly and ensure accurate product assortment.
• Present and merchandise the store to the highest standards.
• Promote open communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and team development.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the team and customers.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Organizational skills to delegate tasks and support team members effectively.
