ETQ Developer

Role Summary

This position requires leading the design and implementation of technical architectures, migration strategies, and module customizations specifically for the ETQ Reliance platform, ensuring robust deployments across various environments including development, testing, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and architect the complete technical setup and environment topology for the ETQ Reliance system including Dev, Test, Validation, UAT, and Production stages.
• Lead planning and technical execution to migrate legacy ETQ system configurations to the NextGen ETQ Reliance platform.
• Design comprehensive setups for essential quality management modules such as Document Control, CAPA, Nonconformance, Audits, Change Management, and Product Complaints.
• Develop and adapt workflows, custom forms, views, notifications, and security role configurations within the platform.
• Create custom automation scripts using ETQ Script, Python, Java, or .NET to capture complex business logic requirements.
• Manage complex integrations and data migration processes with both internal and external systems under regulatory compliance.
• Conduct unit tests, validation activities (IQ/OQ), and provide ongoing production issue troubleshooting and software release support.
• Supervise script development for advanced workflows, form inheritance, and data validation using Python-based ETQScript.
• Utilize graphical design tools to engineer intricate routing matrices, escalate notifications, and execution paths for workflow automation.
• Optimize and maintain relational databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake through efficient queries and stored procedures to support high volume transactions.
• Ensure all system components adhere to internal quality standards, IT security policies, and data privacy regulations.

Candidate Profile and Skillset

• Brings 8 to 10+ years of experience in software development or quality management systems, especially within regulated sectors such as life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficient in advanced SQL, handling database management systems, with strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of ETQ Reliance platform modules, including access control and report generation functionalities.
