Job description
Job Overview
The main focus of this position is to conduct preliminary assessments of bid documents while cultivating connections with local organizations to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate initial bid submissions thoroughly.
- Develop initial labor pricing aligned with operational and management requirements.
- Evaluate product, project, and service costs for efficiency and value.
- Strive to achieve or surpass gross profit targets as defined by management.
- Review bid documents for special conditions such as minority business enterprise (MBE), women business enterprise (WBE), bonds, and liquidated damages (LD), reporting observations to management.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional team members to craft comprehensive estimates and resolve related concerns.
- Compile submittal packages ensuring all pertinent documentation is complete and accurate.
- Meet or exceed monthly proposal submission goals established by management.
- Engage in prospecting activities through phone calls and face-to-face interactions with designated prospects.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably between 3 to 5 years of experience in estimation, project management, or field integration roles.
- Experience in the audiovisual or construction industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with RFP processes and SLEP methodology is considered a plus.
- Experience working within global or matrix-structured business environments is desirable.
Working Conditions
The position operates in a standard professional office setting using common office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level is typically moderate, including speaking conversations and machine sounds.

Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
